I think I've got tendinitis in my right thumb. I've put on an ace bandage to remind me not to use it for the space bar or the cursor pad, but it's hard because it's so automatic. I touch type, and using my right thumb is usual. I can use my left thumb, but I have to think about it, and I go a lot more slowly. I haven't completely immobilized my thumb. I can't with an ace bandage. I just have to remember not to move it.
