It's just as well I didn't call the ACS about transportation for this Thursday yet because Scott's sister has switched from taking me to radiation on Friday to taking me on Thursday. If I'd already made arrangements, I'd have to change them.

I've been having trouble getting anything done in the mornings for a while because I end up spending a lot of time in the bathroom. I wish I knew what was going on and how to stop it. I just hesitate to start a phone call, at least a business phone call, when I fear I may have to head for the toilet in the middle of it. I'm hoping this is antibiotic related, but I think it started before that, so I don't know.

Scott just barely made it to the library before it closed last night. He left here fifteen minutes before the library would close. I got kind of snappish at him about it because he'd been home for nearly two hours and still ended up cutting it that close. I had about fifteen holds that would expire at closing time, and I didn't much want to lose them. I think that part of the problem is that, with a lot of things he does on his iPad, there's no time display, so he just lost track of time.

I forgot to tell Scott that I had an interlibrary loan book waiting, so we'll have to go in for that mid-week. We can't do it today because the library is closed for staff training and computer maintenance (the entire circulation system is down until some time this evening).

Cordelia decided she wanted to watch a VHS tape last night. She wasn't sure which one, asked me to decide, and then rejected what I suggested. We ended up with Disney's Robin Hood. Scott and I were a bit worried that the VCR wouldn't work, but it did. The picture quivered a little. I don't know if that's from the age of the tape or the age of the VCR or both.

I am way, way behind on answering email and comments. I hope to catch up this week, but I feel like I'm just treading water, so I apologize if you've been waiting to hear from me.

The Yuletide list of approved fandoms is up. I'm telling myself not to look. There's no point since I'm not writing. It's just hard because it's something I'm used to doing and that I enjoy doing.

I think you get a complete and total pass on answering anything, and people who don't think so should be side-eyed.

At the moment, I'm giving priority to family and to the people who have offered to help with transportation. Everything else is falling by the wayside.

Maybe you could keep an eye on the pinch hit list, and try to grab one if you feel up to it?

I think I'm more likely to go through letters, looking for possible treats. I don't think I could commit to getting a PH in.
