Today's radiation appointment was much better than yesterday's. There were a couple of trainees, but there was one person who actually knew what she was doing, so the appointment was over fairly quickly.

Scott's father came over today and did some work in the garage. Scott helped him out in between my appointments.

My psychiatrist says that any of the symptoms I have could be anxiety. She says I should run the whole list past my radiologist on Thursday, though, just in case. We agreed that we'll wait to try new medications until we know what's happening next.

Cordelia seems to be very worried about me being tired, more worried than she has been about anything else so far. She wants me to be up and about and awake. Somehow it makes her feel not quite safe if I'm in bed after she gets home from school.

The parent-teacher conferences went pretty much as expected. Cordelia's doing pretty well in her core subjects. She had one ELA assignment that she didn't do all that well with, but the teacher said that she thinks that Cordelia overstretched on that one. It involves reading several news articles and answering questions about them. The kids are able to pick the difficulty level of the article (all versions contain the same information), and the teacher told them to pick a lower level of difficulty than what they'd normally read. Cordelia went full difficulty and ended up with a C on the assignment.

Two other teachers had open house sort of conference things today, but Scott and I didn't go. I was too tired, and Scott felt like he had too much to do. At first, Cordelia said we should go, and then she decided that it didn't matter if we did or not.

I think I finished converting all of my MSWord documents. I hope so, anyway. I can't find any others. I also copied over most of the files that are in formats I can't read any longer and gave the copies to Scott. Some of the stuff I would very much like access to-- Those are files of things I wrote in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

I'm getting a little cranky with Scott being around. He has something playing on his laptop all of the time. I really wasn't interested in running through season 1 of The Flash again, and now he's doing some recent Once Upon a Time, and I'm not interested in that, either, but I can't get away from it. I've got things I'd like to listen to or watch, but I can't while he's doing his stuff. I suggested that we watch some of my library DVDs or our Netflix DVDs, but he keeps forgetting that they exist. Since I'm not sure if he's really forgetting or choosing to forget, I don't want to push.

I've got to find energy tomorrow-- Scott and I need to run some errands. It won't be possible to do them on Thursday, and I'd prefer not to leave them until the last minute on Friday.
