I think Friday would be most helpful. We have enough soup for tonight and possibly for tomorrow. For Thursday, we will have extra kids and school related time constraints which I think will mean pizza. Scott has to work early on Saturday (3 a.m. to either 7 a.m. or 3 p.m.), so he's going to be very pressed for time.
It really is my hope that I'll be able to cook next week. I can, if I'm very careful, empty and load the dishwasher now, so I'm doing a lot better.
