the_rckFic Finishing on LJ is still doing sign ups for July. Weiss Kreuz is in its first month of eligibility, and doesn't have many sign ups for either writers or first readers (first readers are not beta readers. They're cheerleaders). The moderator has asked me to let people know that the community welcomes Weiss fans right now in hopes that there will be more people interested.
I've signed up to write more "Rheotaxis" and have offered to be a first reader for Weiss Kreuz and The Pretender. I'm the only writer for Weiss, and there are no writers signed up for The Pretender. I'm one of two first readers for Weiss and the only first reader for The Pretender.
I'm not linking to the sign up posts because they're locked. Membership is moderated, but the moderator's fairly quick to respond. I'd like to get more people involved in both Weiss Kreuz and The Pretender, but as I've signed up to write Weiss, I'm more interested in that.
Sign ups end on the 10th of July.
