I’m still headachy and nauseated. I’ve just taken a second Amerge. I took naproxen about 2 and Tylenol about 5. Lying down with a cold pack is the only thing that helps. I’m frustrated because, at this point, there’s nothing I can do about the headache if it doesn’t go away on its own. I have no options for talking to my doctor until Tuesday. I don’t expect this is going to go to the point of the ER making sense, but there’s nothing else available for three days.
At this point, I need to eat something, but everything looks terrible and unappealing to the point of making me feel worse. I kind of want Scott to just give me something and tell me to eat it, but he’s not willing to do that. I really don’t know what to do. Not eating will make things worse, and eating will make things worse.
I’ve found some discussion online of a 'post-Mirena crash,' but 90% of those are people talking about things that happened weeks after the removal. I can’t find anything at all official talking about what happens after removal except with regard to how fast one is likely to be able to conceive.
At any rate, even with the brightness turned as far down on my laptop as I can without having it go completely black, doing computer stuff makes me feel worse. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to keep myself away, but if the headache goes on, I probably shouldn’t open the dratted thing. So if you don’t see me here this weekend, it’s probably that.
