Scott came home and then went to Wendy’s and got me a double cheeseburger. That seems to have helped a lot. I’m still kind of groggy, but I’m upright again, and I’ve managed to gather the dirty laundry.
This sort of thing happens once or twice a month, often enough to be really, really annoying but not often enough to make me desperate enough to deal with medical folks on the subject or to keep things on hand that might help. Basically, what it feels like is like I’ve just awakened naturally and am lying in bed, very relaxed, and it’s too much effort to actually get up. Normally, that feeling vanishes as soon as I’m on my feet.
I’m not sure where the brain fog aspect comes from.
