I've come up with a list of more than thirty medications I've taken in the last year. I'm sure I'm missing things, though. If I miss something like, say, Visine, once, six months ago, I don't think it matters. But some other stuff could.

I'm not sure--- Does Benefiber count? It was prescribed but OTC and isn't exactly a medication. But I'm not sure that it's not.

I'm going to have look up the spelling for a number of things, too.

I'd list it. It probably doesn't, but surely they can ignore anything that's irrelevant, whereas if it matters and it's not listed, they can't correct for that.
