Aug. 31st, 2016 10:10 pmAnd a technician from Comcast came at 6:30 this evening. He had no idea about what was going on with the scheduling, but he did get us hooked up. The problem was that they had completely disconnected the cable at the utility pole and somehow not had a record of doing it.
At any rate, we now have internet and TV. I’m not sure what’s going on with the phone. As far as I know, they haven’t even told us what our number will be.
