Drat. My first period since May has started and brought with it cramps bad enough that moving around seems like a terrible idea. I got the dishwasher going and the bread machine going before it started, but I’m not sure the laundry, the meatloaf, or the school delivery are going to happen. I’ve taken some naproxen which has been known to help a bit. If that kicks in in the next hour I’ll try the school delivery anyway just because it’s been waiting for two weeks.

I haven’t had cramps in years because the IUD stopped them.

I’m going to take my laptop to the bedroom and lie down for a while.

It has helped some. I still don't want to walk around much, but it's not as bad as it was.
