the_rckIt looks pretty definite that The Ordinary Princess fic is going to win the Finishathon voting. (If you haven't voted and want to, the poll is here on DreamWidth.) It's ahead of the next highest polling story idea by five votes. I'm actually thinking about getting started on it ahead of the official closing of the poll. I just need to finish editing my Remix story first.
Speaking of Remix, I haven't had any luck finding a Britpicker. I actually joined a community for finding beta readers in the fandom and posted in search of one. I guess the story will go up with whatever Americanisms and cultural errors I've committed. Maybe I'll be able to find someone after I post the story. I want simply to post the dratted thing and be done with it.
