the_rckI've gotten about another twenty pages written on my fanfic. I ended the scene I was working on before I quite got everything in that I'd intended. I just wrote it to a point where ending made sense; I'll go back to the characters again later and let them say whatever else they need to. Now, I've gone on to different characters. I'll just have to see what develops.
I'm still looking for a beta reader. I haven't heard back from the one I sent the first section to. I sent a query to him/her to see if the message and attachment had arrived. I've also sent a query to the Weiss Kreuz yaoi list asking if anybody's willing to beta read. That, sadly, hasn't drawn any responses yet, largely, I suspect, because Yahoo's acting weird. I keep getting notices from Earthlink telling me that the address has "temporary nonfatal errors." My assumption is that Yahoo's hiccuping. Hopefully that will resolve quickly, but I'm not holding my breath. It's been 24 hours already.
