the_rckSunday, we took Delia out grocery shopping. I wanted to go along because I was hoping I might spot some reasonable options in terms of finger food-- Stuff I can keep around the area where I normally feed Delia and munch on when I have a few seconds leisure. I didn't end up finding all that much that fit my requirements since I was trying to stay away from chips, candy, etc.
Delia protested being strapped into her car seat but fell asleep while we were on the road. She woke again while we were checking out and stared around with a sort of stunned look. She didn't start crying until we got home, fortunately. We'd timed things fairly carefully by leaving immediately after she'd finished eating.
