the_rckThe rest of the week passed without much happening until Friday when LunarGeography stopped by. She brought the last disk of Yami no Matsuei. We'd watched the earlier episodes some time back, fansubbed, so I didn't feel that I needed to see the DVD version of those yet (I'll be borrowing them from her later on, of course. The quality difference is immense). I simply wanted to see what happened in that last arc. I must say that I think Muraki's underlying motivation marks him as one of the more completely insane villains I've run into.
After that, we talked about fanfics. I bounced some "Rheotaxis" ideas off of her, and she talked about the various stories she's working on. She's progressing very slowly on all of them because none of them will tolerate being put on the back burner.
I enjoyed the visit a lot, but she was definitely exhausted and rather stressed out. Getting out was probably good for her, but at the same time it took up time that she could have been sleeping.
