the_rckI'm desperately worried that I won't make the deadline for the thing I'm currently working on. I've e-mailed the moderator a warning to that effect, and I'm going to work hard not to default (this is an exchange, so it would really suck for my recipient if I don't come through). I did ask if I can post a part one of two with a promise to complete the story as soon as possible. I kind of doubt that that will be okay, though.
The deadline is Sunday, and Wednesday and Saturday are write offs as far as getting anything accomplished. I have family obligations both days that will eat up what would normally be prime writing time. I've got an hour this evening and all day tomorrow to work. With luck, I can hammer out another thousand words and come up with some sort of ending.
Good thoughts appreciated.
