the_rckI was serious, by the way, when I said the other day that anybody who was going to be around our area this evening is welcome at our potluck dinner. We easily have room for eight guests, and as of right now, we have three people confirmed as coming and a fourth who might come. (There are at least half a dozen people who haven't gotten back to us and a few others we haven't been able to reach by phone or e-mail, but at this point, I'm assuming we won't hear from any of them.)
I'm going to be roasting a 16 pound turkey this afternoon. We're aiming to have it done some time between 5 and 6. I expect the gathering to be pretty laid back. It probably won't last till midnight given that we're operating on Delia-time (not to mention that Scott had to work 3am-7am today).
Kids, SOs and friends are welcome as long as we've got table space.
