Our power went out about 10:00 this morning. Delia and I have taken refuge at the library, but that's a short term solution. We can only stay here until about 5:30 because the buses are infrequent after 6:00, and we wouldn't easily be able to get home. Scott may be working until 7:00 (we'll know later this afternoon), so he's not available to help. DTE has no estimate for when we'll have power back.

I'm seriously considering calling Scott's parents and asking them to come get me and Delia. We have no way to cool off at home and nothing I can fix for dinner. Lunch, I'll take care of by eating out, but dinner won't work so well that way.
