I'm struggling with my Narnia story. I seem to have written myself into a corner where what makes sense for the character effectively ends the story, and I'm not sure enough happens in the earlier parts to make it work. I plan to finish the story tonight (whether or not I'm happy with the ending-- Well, I don't expect to be).

Anybody out there willing to beta read a Chronicles of Narnia story? The exchange is anonymous, so I can't say anything about the story except that it isn't very long, two or three thousand words, and is G rated.

If I don't get any other beta reader volunteers, I'll rely on Scott. I'm required, by the rules of the exchange, to have a beta reader, and he's the one I can be sure of getting in time.

I'd be happy to beta read. I am happy that for once I've even read the series -- and even remember some bits of it. :)

I'll take you up on that. I just have to finish the dratted thing. There's going to be a very short turnaround, though, because the story's due tomorrow. If you can't manage that, I'll understand entirely. It's my own stupid fault for taking so long to finish.
